Value-add Renovation Case Studies

Croatan Investments’ renovation plans have generated a return on cost of over 20%. Our renovations include: extensive unit interior upgrades, the design and build of new leasing offices/clubhouses, pool and patio areas, fitness centers, apartment building exterior improvements, landscaping, and other amenities such as dog parks, playgrounds, grilling stations, community gardens, and lounge areas with fire pits.
