Croatan Investments has added two Vice Presidents to their capital markets team, Adam Nelik and Seth Moyer. Their main focus is raising capital for the firm’s inaugural and flagship fund, the All-Weather Fund, that launched earlier this year with a final close set to close late-June 2020.
“We’re excited to expand our reach, connecting with even more family offices, RIAs, and small institutions,” says Paul Van, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. “Broadening our investor base will not only allow us to grow our firm, but also seize on larger scale programmatic investments that are presenting themselves in the current market dislocation.”
Mr. Nelik was formerly the Director of Investor Relations and Head of North American Capital Raising for real estate investment manager, Henley Investment Management. He has also worked at Morgan Stanley and TD Ameritrade in fundraising and fixed income sales. Mr. Nelik received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Mr. Moyer was formerly the National Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at real estate credit investor, Pender Capital. He has also worked at Miller Howard Investments, ING Investments, and JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Moyer received a B.A. in Business from the University of Southern California.
