Ashley Allen Joins Croatan
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (September 7, 2023) – Croatan Investments (“Croatan”), a rental housing investment manager for private wealth and institutional capital, is pleased to announce the newest addition to their growing team, Ashley Allen. As Vice President of Accounting, Ms. Allen will have numerous responsibilities, including working alongside our asset management team and ensuring accurate and timely property-level financial reporting from our third-party property management providers.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Croatan, Ms. Allen worked as a controller over multiple industries, where she specialized in managing the financial health of her clients, restructuring their accounting departments, integrating accounting software and procedures, and providing expertise to increase financial visibility and guidance. Ms. Allen received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University of Northridge.
