Matt Roos Joins Croatan
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (November 4, 2025) – Croatan Investments (“Croatan”), a rental housing investment manager serving private wealth and institutional capital, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Matt Roos as Senior Vice President of Transactions. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Roos will lead efforts to identify, underwrite, and structure multifamily investment opportunities across Croatan’s portfolio, with a focus on expanding the firm’s presence in the Southeast.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Croatan Investments, Mr. Roos served as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Investments at The RADCO Companies, where he led multifamily portfolio expansion to a peak of 28,000 units across nine states and oversaw ~$2 billion in acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Roos co-founded RADCO Ventures and Dynamus Capital Partners, where he structured and capitalized investments across diverse real estate and small business ventures. Mr. Roos earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Georgia.
