VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (October 3, 2022) – Croatan Investments (“Croatan”), a multifamily investment manager for private wealth, institutional, and retail capital, hosted its First Annual Investor Appreciation Event on Wednesday, September 28th at the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club.

Hosted in Virginia Beach, Croatan’s Investor Appreciation Event welcomed around 100 investors, affiliates, family, and friends. The event was set on the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club’s harbor-side lawn. Guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers ahead of a presentation made by CEO Paul Van and COO Eric Smith. The two covered the firm’s growth over its 18-year history, the process of institutionalizing the platform, observations of today’s multifamily real estate market, and the firm’s growth plan. Investors and affiliates were excited to meet the Croatan team in-person as well as learn more about Croatan’s take on the market today and their plan for growth.
