VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (September 19, 2023) – Croatan Investments (“Croatan”), a rental housing investment manager for private wealth and institutional capital, hosted its second annual investor appreciation event on Wednesday, September 13th at the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club.

Croatan’s Investor Appreciation Event was hosted for the second year on the Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club’s harbor-side lawn. The team welcomed investors, affiliates, family, and friends to mingle over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres around a brief presentation. Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, Paul Van, kicked off the event discussing Croatan’s growth over the last year, how the firm was a good steward of capital over the past few years as the market peaked and corrected, and how we view the market today. Chief Operating Officer, Eric Smith, spoke to Croatan’s transition from a transactions-focused firm to a portfolio manager. Finally, Head of Investor Relations, Chris Zollo, described Croatan’s plans to enhance our investors’ experience through the upcoming launch of the website, quarterly webinars, and additional outreach initiatives.
