I grew up in Nova Scotia in a family deeply rooted in community, resilience, and service. Those early values shaped the foundation of my life's work: strengthening communities, stabilizing families, and raising the standard for how affordable and workforce housing is delivered in the United States. Over more than two decades in housing and real estate, I've seen firsthand that when capital, operations, and community are intentionally aligned, neighborhoods can thrive. When they are not, the consequences are felt most by families. That understanding has guided every step of my career and continues to inform how I lead, build platforms, and measure success.
My journey has taken me through every layer of the housing ecosystem, from community development and resident services to leading national affordable housing platforms. Along the way, I've focused on aligning investment discipline with operational excellence to deliver measurable impact at scale.
