Arash Najafi Joins Croatan
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Wednesday, June 10, 2026) – Croatan Investments (“Croatan”), a rental housing investment manager serving private wealth and institutional capital, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Arash Najafi as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Markets. Mr. Najafi is primarily focused on expanding the firm’s investor relationships and advancing capital formation and investor relations initiatives across the Croatan platform.

Prior Experience
Mr. Najafi brings nearly two decades of experience in institutional fundraising and capital formation across multiple real estate funds, joint venture partnerships, and evergreen vehicles. Throughout his career, he has helped raise more than $2.0 billion in capital across a broad range of investment strategies, cultivating relationships with institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, wealth management platforms, and other capital partners. He has supported capital formation initiatives across multiple market cycles and investment structures throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
Previously, he held investment and capital markets roles at Thor Equities and Stonehenge Partners, supporting investments and capital raises across multiple asset types and geographies. Mr. Najafi earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), holds FINRA securities licenses, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York.
