Croatan Welcomes Ammanuel Metta
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (September 21, 2026) – Croatan Investments (“Croatan”), a rental housing investment manager serving private wealth and institutional capital, is pleased to announce that Ammanuel Metta has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Transactions. Mr. Metta will help lead Croatan’s transaction efforts, with a focus on expanding the firm’s investment pipeline, strengthening origination and supporting disciplined execution as Croatan continues to grow its rental housing platform. Based in Texas, Mr. Metta also expands Croatan’s senior investment presence in one of the country’s most active rental housing markets, deepening connectivity with owners, brokers and capital partners while expanding access to opportunities throughout Texas and the broader Sun Belt.

Mr. Metta will work across Croatan’s investment platform to source and evaluate new opportunities, develop market and industry relationships, and help guide transactions from initial evaluation through closing. His addition further strengthens the connectivity between Croatan’s origination, underwriting and execution capabilities as the firm seeks to capitalize on an evolving investment environment.
Prior Experience
Mr. Metta brings nearly two decades of multifamily investment experience across Texas and other major U.S. markets. His experience investing across market cycles brings Croatan additional sourcing depth, investment judgment and execution capabilities as the firm continues to expand its platform.
